Additional Information
Academic description |
This is the third in the series of Research Methodologies and Reflective Practice courses designed to complement studio practice. The emphasis of this course is on documentation and presentation and students are encouraged to consider how the presentation of their work is inextricably linked to its meaning. As in all the courses in this series, students are also encouraged to understand the benefits of studentship so that they can see themselves as part of the student body. They are asked to analyse what they have learned from taking part in activities beyond their own individual study and to reflect on their learning across all areas of the degree. |
Syllabus |
Project briefs relating to each of the three learning outcomes are distributed at the start of Semester 1. In each Semester, students attend two group discussions related to the projects. Project submissions are staggered over the two Semesters.
