Course description | Perl is a key prototyping and scripting language in bioinformatics, and provides a useful introduction to programming for non-programmers. The course will focus on learning the practicalities of programming in Perl, introducing key concepts common across programming languages, introducing the bioPerl toolkit, and guiding students through production of working bioinformatics code. |
