Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course, students should be able to demonstrate (1) a critical knowledge and understanding of the institutional framework (including interaction with domestic legal systems) within which EU law is made and applied, and the principles of internal market law (2) a familiarity with the main primary and secondary source materials in this area; (3) an ability to comment critically and engage in debate on the issues examined. |
