Course description | MLA Landscape portfolio 4 enables the student to develop a self-selected landscape design project. A proposal made by the student is approved by the design tutor team. The selected project can address a range of project types appropriate to the practice of landscape architecture. Within the project the student will demonstrate the knowledge, understanding and skills of the profession gained in the previous months of study in the MLA programme and through lectures and seminars running through the course. |

Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course, the student will be able to:
1. demonstrate critical, clear and coherent analysis and an ability to establish key issues that will drive the design process

Academic description |
The course consists of the development of a major landscape design project within the professional and practice context for landscape architecture. Along with studio and crit tuition the students will have lectures and seminars that introduces and promotes discussion of the professional context for the realization of the project. |
