Course description | The aims of this course are to provide the student with an introduction to the professional requirements required in becoming an architect in practice and being admitted to the title of Architect. The course forms an integral part of the student architects' professional training in architecture at RIBA/ARB Part 2 stage of architectural education. The course is also intended, in part, as being a preparation for meeting the requirements of the Part 3 Examination in Professional Practice and Management and may be taken by students registered with the Office of Lifelong Learning
Teaching Method
The course is primarily lecture-based, the main lecture contributions being given by architects in practice and colleagues related to other professions allied to the Built Environment with coursework and seminars related to the parallel design studio. |
