Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course the student should have a clear understanding of the structure and principles of the criminal law as well as an understanding of the basic rules. The student should also have begun critically to analyse the criminal law. Finally, the students should have begun to research independently into the criminal law using library resources. |
