Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
At the completion of this course the candidate should
- Understand different types of data and their importance
- Know the principles of the analysis of evidence
- Know how to present data
- Know the nature of a scientific 'fact'
- Appreciate different types of 'evidence' and the presentation of information to a Court
- Know the role of the 'Expert Witness'

Assessment Information
The modules are accompanied by written assignments (approx 300-500 words), including logic and reasoning type responses and discussion assignments.
10 modules are studied throughout the course. |
