Course description | The aim is to enable students to apply knowledge and skills gained in preceding courses to the design and execution of a research project on a topic of current concern.
The study may be located within your own organisation, or in other contexts should this prove difficult. Students are encouraged to develop a collaborative dimension to this project. Collaboration can be defined in a variety of ways, including:
Discussing proposed topics and processes/outcomes of investigation with colleagues on the course and/or in the institution in which the topic is to be explored,
Developing active participation in the project from colleagues or other appropriate people in the institution in which the research is to be developed. |
