Course description | The Integrative Elements course Takes the form of 4 elements taking place at separate times through the programme, as follows:
Unit 1: Skills training and diagnosis of needs before Easter vacation in year 1 (not assessed)
Unit 2: Group Integrative project during the first semester of Year 2; (assessed)
Unit 3: Group Integrative project during the first semester of year 3 (assessed)
Unit 4: Strategy and Implementation in year 3 (not assessed)and Programme review around June of Year 3 (not assessed)

- The development of skills such as influential communication; emotional intelligence, and team-working skills,
- The integrated application of the materials taught in the several components that make up the core courses, to a business problem, with progressively greater sophistication and finally incorporating the materials learned throughout the programme in the final unit. |
