Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
To provide a knowledge of the basic management disciplines of Accounting, Marketing, Statistics and decision making, and Organisational Behaviour and their application.
To allow the student to discuss with professionals in those fields in a well-informed manner, and to benefit from discussion with their colleagues in those fields.
To enable the student to question professionals in those fields perceptively, and to see through jargon-filled but vacuous argument from those professionals.
To provide a base for further study in those fields as required in the Option courses. |
