Course description | This course will build on students&© knowledge of organisation studies by examining how and why organisations change and what this implies for managing change (both proactively and reactively). The rationale underpinning the course is that a deep understanding of the dynamics of organisational and individual change enhances the ability of managers (and others) to influence the process and direction of change. The course will use case studies to explore planned change, emergent change, management roles and responsibilities, change agency, and common diagnostic tools and frameworks for managing change. |
