Course description | This is an independent study programme where students work directly with one or more staff members to develop and complete an independent piece of research. Dissertations may involve an empirical study, a management report, a theoretical/critical review or the modelling and analysis of available data. The two central criteria for assessing a dissertation are (1) has the work been compelted competently and (2) does the work show originality/contribution to knowledge. |
