Course description | In the world of business, the subject of ethics is a very important one, affecting behaviour towards others in the workplace, advertising, and sustaining the environment; this course deals with ethical issues that rise in the field of finance. |

Mission of the Course
1] To assist members in developing a personal ethical motto
2] To examine financial situations where you need to think about
the ethical implications of your actions
3] To consider the instructions of some of the ethical authorities
4] To look at the regulations governing the financial world, and the
ethical nature, if any, of these regulations

Assessment Information
A three-hour open book exam consisting of 3 equally weighted questions from a choice of 5,6 or 7 (worth 85% of final mark) and an in-class presentation (worth 15% of final mark). The exam will be open book. You may bring any of your own notes, any book you like, any handouts. You MUST bring the binder containing the case studies to the exam.
