Course description | PLEASE NOTE: THIS COURSE IS OWNED AND ADMINISTRATED BY ECA
Synopsis
Students are required to attend lessons in English
and write a short Building Critique. The focus is on the
development of English language skills and provide
an opportunity to expand their vocabulary range,
grammatical knowledge and critical abilities in Architecture.
Aims
1. To provide a platform of knowledge & skills in
English language comprehension that will help
academic study in the Diploma/Masters
programme.
2. To assist in developing a vocabulary in art,
design & visual culture.
3. To revise & expand knowledge of grammatical
structures & to further develop written language
skills which will support academic study in
English. |
