Course description | Indicative course content
Students select suitable design studio content delivered at their host exchange institution to satisfy the learning outcomes for the Diploma in Architecture governed by the ARB Part 2 criteria. Students should refer to the information in the Diploma in Architecture Programme Catalogue to guide their selection of coursework.In addition, students must present a portfolio of work which demonstrates how all the ARB Part 2 Criteria have been met by preparing a reflective report & labelling their work
Aims of course
1 Enable students to experiment with new concepts, ideas, processes, and materials to which they have been introduced
2 Test the learning within a prescribed context or set problem and explore both the artistic and intellectual implications inherent in the programme
3 Demonstrate that they can apply themselves to a programme in a host Institution and display personal management skills appropriate to someone about to enter the profession.
