A lecture based module outlining the basic principles of ecology and the knowledge and use of plant materials.
Aims of course
1 To introduce the basic principles of ecology.
2 To introduce the principles of plant use, growth and requirements.
3 To introduce plant recognition skills and a basic palette of species.

Lectures, fieldwork, desk based research and work book presentation. |
