(3) As an alternative, students may take the Mathematics and Mathematical Physics courses prescribed for the Year 2 programme of the Mathematical Physics MPhys.
(4)  The Programme Guide gives details and constraints on choice of courses, to facilitate advance planning.
(5)  Progression to the final years of the MPhys programme requires no less than than 55% overall in Junior Honours. This is in addition to the general progression requirements.
(6)  To be delivered from 2009/2010.
(7)  Students who have taken Mathematical Physics 3 or this course in year 3 should instead take an additional course chosen from Schedule Q at level 10/11.
