(1)  As an alternative, students may take the Mathematics courses prescribed for the year 1 programme of the Mathematical Physics BSc.
(2)  Music 1C: Musical Literacy must be taken, where students do not hold a Higher or A-level in Music.
(3)  Other Music courses (2D, E, F) are in preparation but not yet in the course schedule.  These too will be suitable options for students on this programme.
(4)  The Programme Guide gives details and constraints on choice of courses, to facilitate advance planning.
(5)  As an alternative, students may replace one of these courses with 20 points of courses from Schedule Q at Level 10/11.
