Examples of such traditions are the utilitarian and Kantian contractualist traditions. The course looks at what exactly these traditions agree and disagree about. Entry Requirements? To develop further the philosophical skills, and to extend as well as deepen the philosophical knowledge, acquired in previous philosophy courses.
Assessment Information
This course will be assessed by an essay approximately half way through the semester worth 35% and an end of semester take-home exam essay worth 65%.
