Introduction to Philosophical Method (EPT) (P03056)

This course aims to introduce students to the methods of philosophy. These aims are achieved through studying the structure of the philosophical arguments in some classic philosophical texts.

Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes

Students will become familiar with the methods of philosophy. They will develop their ability to read philosophy and their skills with regard to the oral and written presentation of philosophical arguments.

Assessment Information

One 1,500 word essay.
