Philosophy of Psychology: This course will provide a broad overview over the relatively young discipline of the philosophy of psychology. Issues discussed will include topics such as the nature of folk psychology, philosophy and psychopathology, and the nature of emotions.

Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes

Students who have completed this course should be able to:
* Examine the basic literature on the nature of folk psychology
* To make use of the empirical literature in a philosophial context
* Critically discuss the relationship between delusions and self-knowledge
* Critically evaluate a recent embodied theory of emotion
