By attending the course students will get a substantial and critical knowledge of the relevant EU directives and regulations. Furthermore, economic questions and the international scope of securities law will be taken into account. The overall purpose is therefore to provide a theoretical and practical understanding of banking and securities law, which can be useful for academic as all well as professional work in this field.
