Further to discussion with the programme director a student may also choose an option from the suite of courses offered by the School.
(**) Students will be allowed to take one specialist course (20 credits) in another School subject to the approval of the programme director.
OR      
Students will be allowed to take an 'Internship' programme in an Edinburgh associated institutions to substitute for up to 40 credits of specialist courses (Scottish Studies taught programme HCA/LLC) subject to the approval of the programme director.
