Entry to Honours requires a pass at 50% or above,
at the first attempt, in either Philosophy 2A or Philosophy
2B and in English
Literature 2. |
‡ Honours degrees must include 40 credits of dissertation
work. Where this is taken in English Literature, a 20 credit unit towards
the dissertation will be taken in third year, and a 20 credit completion
unit in fourth year. Where the dissertation is taken in Philosophy, the
40 credit unit will be undertaken in fourth year as two long essays (5,000
words each) assessing two option courses. |
