Computer Methods for Mechanical Engineering 3 (U02610)

The course aims to develop an understanding of the computing techniques used in mechanical engineering. These include numerical approaches to solving problems, procedural programming and simulation techniques.

Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes

On completion of the course, the students should be able to
1. Apply numerical techniques to solve mechanical engineering problems.
2. Apply procedural programming techniques to relevant problems.
3. Use simulation to solve problems.
