Pharmacology Research Project Preparation (U01048)

? Credit Points : 10  ? SCQF Level : 10  ? Acronym : BMS-4-PHpprep

This is a laboratory-led course, dovetailing with laboratory based research projects. Experiments will include neurochemical and in vitro tissue preparations designed to demonstrate key pharmacological techniques and methodologies. Experimental work will be supplemented by tutorials/seminars on theoretical aspects of the experiments including the handling, analysis, presentation and interpretation of the data obtained.

? Pre-requisites : Permission of the Curriculum Approval Officer. Nature of Receptors Core.

? Co-requisites : Pharmacology Research Project Performance.
