A graduate from this programme will not be qualified for progress
towards legal practice in Scotland unless they arrange with their Director
of Studies for the addition of Level 8 courses in Commercial Law, Evidence,
Taxation, Criminal Law, EC Law and Family Law (two of
which will already be being taken in the 2nd year) to their curriculum,
in which courses passes must be attained. Also required for progress
towards legal practice are passes in courses marked with an asterisk (*). |
