A graduate from this programme will not be qualified for progress towards legal practice in Scotland unless they arrange with their Director of Studies for the addition of Level 8 courses in Evidence, Taxation  and Family Law to their curriculum, in which courses passes must be attained.  Also required for progress towards legal practice are passes in courses marked with an asterisk (*).
