A graduate from this programme will not be qualified for progress towards legal practice in Scotland unless they arrange with their Director of Studies for the addition of the Level 8 courses in Criminal Law, European Community Law  A and Family Law to their curriculum, in which courses passes must be attained.  Also required for progress towards legal practice are passes in courses marked with an asterisk (*).
