Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes

After successful completion of this course, students will have a broad appreciation of key aspects of Scandinavian history, culture and literature from the Viking Age to the 19th century. They will be aware of the contributions that different disciplinary approaches can make to the study of a multi-facetted area.

Assessment Information

Essay (40%), Oral Presentation (20%), Examination Essay (40%)
