CS/SE Individual Practical (U01904)? Credit Points : 10 ? SCQF Level : 9 ? Acronym : INF-3-IP The Individual Programming project exposes students to the problems that arise with the design and implementation of large scale computer systems, and to methods of coping with such problems. Students will gain experience in how to: - Design clearly and coherently structured systems. - Choose the appropriate means of implementation. - Discover and use relevant information. - Schedule their work load. - Present their work in a clear and concise way. Entry Requirements? This course is not available to visting students. ? Pre-requisites : Successful completion of Year 2 of an Informatics Single or Combined Degree, or equivalent by permission of the School. Students are assumed to have competence in design, programming, debugging, documentation and programming in Java. ? Prohibited combinations : This course is not available to VUG students.
