Project Planning for Ecological Science (U01828)? Credit Points : 10 ? SCQF Level : 10 ? Acronym : GEO-4-PROJ This module will be based on the generic structure of a management plan i.e. resource assessment, the statement of objectives and constraints, the scheduling of operations and regular monitoring of progress. An economic component will include budgets, resource valuation and financial appraisal as an aid to decision-making. Different management objectives will accommodate the range of student interest and there will be opportunity to develop data handling and practical skills in case studies located near Edinburgh.
