Acronym : BIO-4-PLbiotech The first part of this course examines how plants have been exploited as sources of food, drugs, fuel and fibres and how new techniques are leading to new uses of plants. The second part examines how genes regulate plant development and how manipulation of these genes has led to the development of novel crops.
