Carnivores & Behaviour (U00686)

Aspects of social behaviour, explored through a study of the behaviour of the mammalian order Carnivora. Topics include carnivore taxonomy; mating systems and reproductive behaviour; cooperative behaviour; olfactory communication; the development of behaviour and play.

Entry Requirements

? Pre-requisites : Permission of the Curriculum Approval Officer. Normally Behavioural Ecology 3 is required or concurrent attendance at Arthropod Biology.
