By the end of this module, participants will be able to
- Introduce the key theoretical approaches to public management reform in a global context, - Understand and explain how public management is changing worldwide, - Evaluate the relative contributions of the public, private and non-profit sectors to the provision of public services, and - Develop a framework for the evaluation of public management reform in a global context. The group presentation will comprise 40% of the final grade for each participant and the individual assignment will comprise 60%.
