Equine Digestion (P02070)

This course will present an in depth analysis of digestion and metabolism in the horse and will act as a foundation to the Equine Nutrition Module. The anatomy and physiology of the equine alimentary canal will be studied to provide students with a detailed understanding of the equine digestive system. The pathophysiology of selected equine alimentary diseases will aslo be studied.
