Seminars in Global Change (P01330)? Credit Points : 10 ? SCQF Level : 11 ? Acronym : GEO-P-GECSGC Students will develop their own seminar as a prelude to their research project. They will attend at least ten seminars based on interests within the School, for example, rapid climate change, remote sensing of vegetational change using radaar, modelling the fate of volatile organic compounds in the atmosphere. Students will be become aware of current research issues and will have the opportunity to make contact with researchers across the School and beyond. The seminars will help them launch their research dissertation and provide them with opportunities for entry into Doctoral research.
