The course is designed to familiarise Taught Masters' students with the skills necessary to prepare a successful dissertation proposal in the discipline in which they are studying. By extension, the skills acquired will also prepare students for the writing of the dissertation itself. Programme Managers of taught masters programmes in Divinity schedule and conduct class sessions for the students in their respective programmes.
