Core Topics in HPC and e-Science (P00374)? Credit Points : 10 ? SCQF Level : 11 ? Acronym : PHY-P-HPCCorTop The aim of this module is to review a range of topics in the area of HPC and e-Science. These topics relate to, and extend, the core content of the other modules on the MSc and Diploma. Topics have been chosen in the area of HPC, e-Science, object-oriented technology and software engineering and are topics that students should have a basic knowledge of when graduating with an MSc or Diploma in High Performance Computing. Entry Requirements? Pre-requisites : Only postgraduates or final year MPhys students with suitable computational background, subject to space restrictions and agreement with relevant Programme Coordinator.
