Neuroscience with Pharmacology 2 (BI0021)

An introductory course in neuroscience with an emphasis on pharmacological approaches that have furthered our understanding of the nervous system. The course material comprises: synaptic transmission, intracellular signalling mechanisms, the central nervous system, pain and inflammation and disorders of the nervous system resulting from altered receptor function or channelopathies.
