Students in the 2nd year of the programme in 2005/06 will take Public Law of the UK and Scotland, and will not require Public Law and Individual Rights for the award of the LLB. However, if such students are pursuing qualification to progress towards the legal profession in Scotland, they should arrange to take the latter course in their 3rd year of study in 2006/07. | ||||
