Pre-requisites : Only open to Honours students in the appropriate Engineering discipline. ? A student should:
Understand the seven step design process together with its strengths and weaknesses. Have the ability to apply the seven step design process to any problem from the design of a simple device to the design of a complex system. Have a basic understanding of the requirements and processes involved in providing a medical telematics based service in the project area of their choice. Have a good working knowledge of a design methodology which is transferable to any design problem. Assessment Information
