Placement from Postgraduate Diploma in Music Therapy (Nordoff-Robbins) Programme (ED1155)

? Credit Points : 15  ? SCQF Level : 11  ? Acronym : EDU-P-ED1155

This module is an essential requirement of a Music Therapy programme. It represents the practical exemplification of theoretical awareness and understanding. The module may be regarded as a microcosm of the day-to-day responsibilities of a Music Therapist. Each other module of the Postgraduate Diploma in Music Therapy (Nordoff-Robbins) Programme is, in its own distinct way, complementary to the progressive clinical demands that will be experienced by students in different placement contexts. The module aims to develop outcomes associated with the observation, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual and group Music Therapy sessions. It is a pre-condition that this module is entered only by students undertaking the Postgraduate Diploma in Music Therapy (Nordoff-Robbins).
